Every match is a tug-of-war between two opposing trench networks. As your command points accumulate over time, you select squads to send forward while monitoring both ground territory and army morale. How to play

The entire game is controlled using the mouse. Click on unit icons along the bottom tray to recruit squads when you have accumulated sufficient command points:

• Assault Squads: Aggressive shock troops equipped with grenades, ideal for clearing fortified positions.
• Machine Gunners: Defensive specialists who lay down suppressive fire to stall incoming waves.
• Officers: Support units that raise squad morale and boost surrounding combat performance.
• Snipers: Long-range marksmen who pick off high-value targets and inflict heavy morale damage.
• Tanks: Heavily armored breakthrough vehicles that provide moving cover for trailing infantry.

Once your soldiers enter a trench, click on the trench or unit marker to issue orders. You can instruct squads to hold position under cover, fire on approaching hostiles, or go over the top to sprint toward the next trench line. Along the top interface, you can also trigger fire support such as mortar strikes, creeping artillery, and gas barrages to soften up heavily fortified enemy lines.

Tactics and battle tips

Mastering trench warfare requires patience and combined arms tactics:

• Target enemy morale: You do not always need to reach the far side of the map to win. Sustained sniper kills and artillery strikes will drain enemy morale until their remaining troops surrender.
• Never send infantry into open fire: Calling an infantry charge against an active machine gun nest will result in immediate slaughter. Suppress the gunners with mortar strikes or deploy a tank first to absorb the bullets.
• Spend upgrade points wisely: Between campaign battles, invest your earned experience points into infantry health, artillery cooldown reduction, and unit damage to keep pace with tougher enemy battalions.
• Keep your officers alive: Officers provide significant morale stabilization. Position them in well-defended rear trenches where they can buff advancing squads without taking direct fire.
